Insurance Providers Accepted
We accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Midland’s Choice, Cigna, Health Partners, and Tricare. If you’d like to go through your health insurance plan, we will directly bill your insurance carrier. You will be responsible for any copays and/or coinsurance, as applicable.
Sliding Scale
Whenever possible, we offer adjusted payment plans, so please feel free to discuss this option with your provider.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Please confirm your benefits with your insurance company before scheduling an appointment with us. Most health insurance companies provide in- and out-of-network benefits. Private Pay
You may choose to pay for sessions privately (without going through insurance) and we’re happy to accommodate. These rates are for therapy sessions only. For a comprehensive list of our private pay rates for medication management, contact our billing coordinator, Mitch.
Service Rates
Our service rates are current as of May 1, 2026 and can be billed to insurance, with the exception of couples counseling, which is private pay only. You’ll also see Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes listed. These are used for efficiency and accuracy in medical billing.
Initial Session: $200
The initial session is your first session with us and will include reviewing intake paperwork, setup costs, and learning more about your therapeutic goals. This session generally lasts 55-60 minutes.

Yes! CareCredit can be used to purchase our in-office and online Bloom Essentials supplement line, including individual products and bundles.
How does CareCredit work?
Once approved, you can use your CareCredit card just like any credit card for eligible services and products at Bloom. Depending on your plan you may have access to promotional financing options that allow you to split payments into manageable monthly amounts.
