Clinician Development Pathway
Support, transparency, and autonomy help build excellent clinicians—not fear and gatekeeping. Many of these clinicians build long-term careers within our group practice, while others may spend their time with us gaining the confidence, systems knowledge, and mentorship needed to open their own practices. The Bloom Clinician Pathway provides a clear framework for offering intentional support to our team members along each phase of their journey.

Participation in the pathway does not require or promise an exit. Instead, this process is designed to support multiple professional futures. We believe that building strong foundations for our clinicians’ success is an important investment in the broader mental health community, and those planning to leave can rest assured that leaving Bloom does not mean losing connection. This pathway helps protect clinicians, clients, and the integrity of our practice.

- Competitive compensation with a 65% split for in-office services and 70% split for telehealth/remote services

We accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Midland’s Choice, Cigna, Health Partners, Tricare, and private pay clients. We believe that mental health care should be accessible and we’re happy to work with you on a sliding fee scale.
