We’re a woman-owned, women-centered group practice built around a pretty simple belief — and that applies to our clients, and it applies to the people who work here, too.

The Role
The Bloom W-2 Provider Role
Our providers are W-2 employees with percentage-based compensation — giving you the earning potential and flexibility people often love about private practice, while also providing the support and protections that come with employment.
We care much more about excellent client care, communication, documentation, and being a good teammate than whether you're sitting in an office from 8–5.
Start early, done by pickup?
Great.
Later appointments a few days a week?
Also great.
A consistent four-day clinical week?
We love that for you.

What Bloom Takes Care Of
Private practice involves a lot more than therapy. At Bloom, you have a team helping with the behind-the-scenes pieces so you don't have to build an entire business just to practice independently.

What We Expect From You
We offer a lot of autonomy, and with autonomy comes responsibility.
Our providers are expected to maintain their agreed-upon caseload, complete documentation within Bloom's required timelines, communicate professionally with clients and the team, maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements, participate in required meetings or supervision applicable to their role, and contribute to a collaborative practice culture.
We don't micromanage. We do expect you to own your role.
More Than a Group Practice
Bloom started with one provider, one tiny office, and a belief that women deserved better access to specialized mental health care.
Today, we're continuing to build something much bigger. Our team includes professionals across therapy, psychological services and nutrition — allowing us to think about women's wellness from a whole-person perspective.
We're growing intentionally, and we're looking for people who want to help shape what Bloom becomes next.
