Nourishment That Works With Your Body, Not Against It.

What you eat affects everything — your hormones, your mood, your energy, and your overall sense of wellbeing. Bloom is excited to welcome Amy Lodes,  RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) to our women’s health team this fall, bringing personalized, evidence-based nutrition support directly into your integrative care plan.

Why work with bloom’s dietitian?

Nutrition as Part of Your Whole-Person Care

At Bloom, we’ve always believed that true wellness is multidimensional. Adding Amy to our team means your care can now address the connection between what you eat and how you feel — from hormone balance and perinatal nutrition to metabolic health and beyond.

Amy will work with you to build a nutrition plan rooted in your unique history, goals, and lived experience. This is care that looks at the whole picture — because your body and mind are not separate systems.
