Our support team plays a big role in keeping Bloom Women’s Wellness running smoothly. Their dedication to our clients and commitment to the community is evident in everything they do. These wonderful folks are here to answer questions about medication support, billing, insurance, partnerships, and more.
Jessica Dreyer, Client Experience Coordinator
(she/her/hers)
Education & Experience
I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, where I received my Bachelor of Education, specializing in early childhood development and elementary-aged learners. I taught the first grade for five years, while also developing curriculum as the grade lead. Ready for a break from teaching without taking a break from working with children, I moved to the US, where I became a live-in nanny for a family in Redmond, Washington. In 2022, my husband’s job brought us to Iowa and I found my way to this team. While not directly working with children in this position, I’m happy to play a role in their lives by helping parents find support from the amazing therapists at Bloom Women’s Wellness.
In My Free Time
My favorite way to spend my weekends is with my husband and fur child, Benji, at the dog park, playing board games, catching up with my family back in South Africa, and taking road trips to new places in the US. I love traveling and getting to learn about new cultures and buildings, or simply wandering the streets of new cities.

Michelle Ridgeway, Registered Nurse

Medication Client Support
Michelle Ridgeway is our registered nurse (RN) assisting with client care, including handling prescription refill requests, prior authorizations, answering general questions related to your medication, and more.

Kylee Bruggeman, Marketing & Events Coordinator

Meet Kylee
Kylee helps organize and coordinate all events here at Bloom while also managing our social media. She’s a military spouse with a husband currently deployed and a mama to little Sloane. As an Enneagram 8, her resourcefulness and decisiveness help her get stuff done, which comes in handy in her role! Kylee is a self-described “horse girl” and showed horses when she was a kid. She also spent time in the dance world (studio and dance team), loves dirty sodas, and trashy reality TV.

Mitch Sweet, Billing Coordinator

Billing Support
Mitch is an important part of keeping the behind-the-scenes side of care running smoothly. He oversees insurance claim submissions, tracks payments, reviews accounts, and helps ensure that billing within the practice remains organized and accurate.
If you ever have a question about your bill, need help understanding an insurance explanation of benefits, or want to explore payment plan options, Mitch is your go-to person. He works closely with both clients and our internal team to answer billing questions, review account balances, and help resolve any issues that may come up along the way.
A Helping Hand
Healthcare billing and insurance can often feel confusing, and Mitch is always happy to help walk clients through the process and provide clarity. His goal is to make the financial side of care as transparent, supportive, and stress-free as possible so clients can focus on their wellness journey.
Behind the scenes, Mitch also works to maintain accurate records and support Bloom’s billing systems so that services are processed efficiently and providers can stay focused on delivering excellent care.

Chad Gagnier, Denials & Appeals Specialist

Insurance Denials & Appeals
Chad supports the financial health of the practice while helping ensure our clients receive the insurance coverage they deserve. With a strong understanding of insurance billing processes and payer requirements, Chad works closely with our billing and administrative teams to identify, review, and resolve insurance claim denials. He carefully analyzes denied or underpaid claims, prepares and submits appeals, and collaborates with insurance companies to advocate for accurate reimbursement. His work helps reduce delays, correct billing discrepancies, and improve overall claims accuracy across the practice.
He’s also involved in reviewing billing trends and supporting internal audits to strengthen our processes and prevent future issues. His attention to detail and commitment to problem-solving play an important role in helping Bloom operate smoothly so our clinical team can stay focused on providing exceptional care to the women and families we serve.

Maggie the Therapy Dog
Benefits of Therapy Dogs
Therapy dogs can help decrease anxiety, stress, and depression. They’re ready to offer silent comfort during counseling sessions and their presence may make it easier for you to open up more during your session. Our sweet girl, Maggie, is currently undergoing extensive training to become a certified therapy dog through Dog Training Elite. When she graduates, she’ll be ready to join us for sessions and we’re looking forward to watching her build trust and help put our clients at ease.

We accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Midland’s Choice, Cigna, Health Partners, Tricare, and private pay clients. We believe that mental health care should be accessible and we’re happy to work with you on a sliding fee scale.
